Reports 

The 1Breadcrumb Reports function is the best way to report on time on site and induction records – this is usually needed in client reports and is important to get accurate.

Note: These reports can only be done with the full information via the web version of 1Breadcrumb.  

You must be a Site Host (PM, SM, BTM, Admin) to access the Reports function. 

With all reports, once you have applied your relevant filters you can chose to export the report as an excel file by clicking the Export as CSV button.

In the pop up, check the details are correct and click Confirm.

Activity Report 

To find the number of people on site and the total time spent on site for a period of time, click the Reports dropdown in the 1Breadcrumb web page and select Activity Report.

If you are on multiple sites, click the Site filter and select the relevant site. 

Any filters you have applied will show at the top of the page.

If you need to narrow down the time period reported on, click the Check In Time filter.

Here you can either select one of the preset time options, or select the From and To dates, then click Add to Filter(s).

Once your filters have been applied, you can see the total number of sign ins during the selected time period, and the total number of hours on site at the top of the page.

Induction Report 

To get the induction report, click the Reports dropdown in the 1Breadcrumb web page and select Induction Report.

If you are on multiple sites, click the Site filter and select the relevant site.

 Any filters you have applied will show at the top of the page.

If you need to narrow down the time period reported on, click the Date filter.

Here you can either select one of the preset time options, or select the From and To dates, then click Add to Filter(s). 

Once your filters have been applied, you can see the total number of site inductions completed in your selected time period at the top of the page.
