Reports
The Procore Reports tool is a great way to view and share information from the Procore project – note that this tool is only in the web version of Procore.
The Reports tool (at a Project Level) is particularly useful for PMR’s and for your regular client reports.
It is important to note that the Reports tool is only useful if you and your team are using Procore consistently and correctly, with enough information entered for other items (RFIs, Incidents, Observations etc.)
Open the Reports tool.
At the top of the page you will see the Assigned Reports section – the main templates that you will need are saved here.
Man Hours Register – a report on the man hours imported from 1Breadcrumb.
Note: The Man Hours Register is only good for general information, as the 1Breadcrumb-Procore sync does not quite fully pull the information through. If you need an accurate report on man hours, it is best to use the 1Breadcrumb reporting function.
Project Monthly Report (PMR) – reporting on the main tools used in the project.
Most information you will need can be found in this report.
Note that there are more Report templates available if you scroll down the Reports page and the process is the same for every template – this includes useful Reports for Site Diary entry types.
Create
To create a Report, click on the template name – this will generate an up to date Report each time, so every time you click on the template name you will be viewing the current information.
Some Reports (e.g. the PMR report) have different tabs for each type of information.
Note that the PMR Report is automatically filtered to only show information from the last 30 Days – you can either clear all Filters and then add your own, or click the dropdown arrow for each filter to select different options.
Export
You can Export the Report to PDF (stats only) or to PDF With Visuals (including the charts).
The PDF report will look something like this when downloaded:
