Drawings

The Procore Drawings tool is accessible through the mobile app and online. The following instruction is for use in the online portal.

Using Drawings

You will mainly use the Current Drawings tab.

You can subscribe to drawings on the Current Drawings page by clicking the Subscribe tick box – this will ensure that you are notified (via email) when a new/updated drawing has been uploaded

Select drawings in bulk by selecting the tick box next to the drawing set name

  • When selected, you can look at the tab on the right to download or email the drawing in bulk

Click the arrow next to the set name to collapse to make it easier to navigate the sets

Slide the toggle at the top of the drawing list to see more info for each drawing

Click the drawing number or Open to open a drawing. The drawing name and revision will be at the top of the drawing that opens with dropdown bars – click the dropdown to quickly navigate to different drawings and/or revisions. If the revision is coloured yellow or red, you are not in the current revision

  • Scroll to zoom, click and drag to move across the drawing

Drawings Search Feature

There is a project search feature (search bar at very top of page) or a tool only search feature (search bar near the top of the page under the page name/title

  • For a general search use the Project search to make sure it is showing you all info

  • For a specific item (e.g. RFI, drawing etc.) use the tool specific search. This is especially handy for drawings to find a specific item e.g. specific door or window

Within the main tool page you can also filter by discipline or set name. You can layer multiple filters
