Photos 

For uploading photos to the Procore Photos tool it is easiest to use the mobile app. Most other actions in the Photos tool are better using the online page. 

Using the online Procore Photos tool will allow you to download photos to your laptop, bulk email photos from Procore, export photos to a pdf, and add comments to uploaded photos.

To download photos to your laptop and bulk email photos from Procore click the select box for the photos you wish to use

• Once all are selected click the Bulk Actions dropdown and select the relevant action

• If you are Downloading the photos, it may take a few minutes for the file to download
  •  If you are downloading more then 1 or 2 photos it will download them in a zip folder that will need to be extracted properly – if you do not do this the photo files will be corrupted
    
  • Open the zip file and click on Compressed Folder Tools at the top, then click Extract All
    
  • A pop-up will appear asking you to select a folder to save it in – click Browse to find the correct folder then click Extract
    The photos will now be saved properly in the folder you selected 

To export bulk photos to a pdf click the select box for the photos you wish to export. If you want to export photos for an entire month, click the select box next to the month name to select them all

• Click the Export dropdown at the top of the Photos tool page and select how many photos you would like to be displayed per page

To add a comment to a photo (both online and in the mobile app), click on the photo to open it

• There will be a Comments box in the Information section that you can type a comment into then click the arrow to post
