1Breadcrumb Reports

Reports are mainly in the online version of 1Breadcrumb, but you can view live attendance reports through the Host section in the mobile app.

Reporting on site attendance should be done via 1Breadcrumb, not the Procore Site Diary as the information doesn’t always sync across accurately.

Open the online version of 1Breadcrumb and select Reports from the side menu.

Select which type of report you want from the list.

• Live Attendance – see who is currently signed in to Site
• Activity Report – see who has signed into site across any time period 
• Induction Report – view and approve Pending Inductions 
• Permits – view site Permits 
• Evacuations – view all Drill and Emergency Evacuations for a Site 
• Supplier Document Management – view and approve Supplier Documents 
• Site Briefings – view the Site Briefings conducted for a Site

Each Report type will have a similar layout.

Filter by clicking the funnel symbol next to a column title.

You can then type to search or scroll the dropdown list.

Any applied filters will show at the top of the page.

You can export the Report (including any applied filters) to a CSV (Excel) file.

To change what details/columns are shown, click the cog symbol next to the Export as CSV button. 

• In the pop-up select or de-select the information you want, and click Reorder Columns to change the order

  Click Save Changes when done
