Check In/Out Questions

You can add existing Questions to Sites as Check In or Check Out Questions so that users must answer them before they are able to sign in or out successfully.

Open the online 1Breadcrumb portal.

Click to the Sites page and find your site – click Manage Site.

In the Site Settings page select if you want to add Check In Questions or Check Out Questions:

In the fold-out section click +Add Check In/Out Questions.

Search your Questions in the pop up – click the + icon for the Questions you want to add. You can add as many questions at one time as you want. Exit the pop-up when finished.

You can now see the Questions you selected in the Site Settings page.

• Click the x to remove the Questions from the Site.
• If you only want ask certain visitor type to be asked the questions (i.e. only CBC Employees or only Sub-Contractors) toggle Ask Based On Visitor Type to yes and select the type.

Click Submit Changes at the top of the page – the questions are now active on that Site.

If you cannot find the Question you need in the pop-up submit a ticket with your Question to be added in.
