It is possible to cash up some of your annual leave, however there are restrictions.
- You must have been employed for a minimum of 12 months.
- The most annual leave you can cash up is one week every 12 months.
- Any request needs to be made in writing to payroll (copying in your manager) and you need to stipulate the number of days requested (between one and five days).
Payroll will check your situation with their records and send the request to the CFO for approval. This will then be processed in your next pay run and it will appear on your pay slip.
