What is an incident?

An incident on a construction site refers to any unplanned event or occurrence that results in, or has the potential to cause, injury, property damage, or any other form of harm. These incidents can range from minor accidents to major disasters.

When should I complete an incident?

Any and all incidents and near misses must be reported through the Procore Incidents tool.

How to submit an incident on the Procore app.

The Procore app is the best way to submit incidents on site.

If you don't have the Procore app see how to set it up here.
