Trade Partner Procore - Inspections (Mobile App)

Mobile Inspections

Open the Procore mobile app and select the Inspections tool in the main tool page.

Here you will see all of the Inspections that have been set up and how many items have been completed for each

Scroll down or use the search function to find the draft Inspection you set up using the online Inspections tool and tap it to open

• Check that the details at the top of the page are correct, then conduct the Inspection by marking each item as Passed (tick), Failed (cross), or N/A

• Tap on the item name to add details
  • From this page you can add a comment or an attachment (e.g. a photo of the item), or create an Observation directly linked to the Inspection item

• If an item is marked as X you will automatically be prompted to create an Observation

When you have completed your Inspection and are satisfied that as much detail as possible has been entered, scroll to the top of the Inspection and tap Add next to Signatures 

• This will bring up the projects Directory for you to select from
• Scroll or use the search function to add your name
• Next to your name in the Inspection tap Sign and trace your name
  This will change the Inspection status to In Review and alert the Site and/or Project Manager that they need to review and sign it
