What is Go1?

Go1 is a Learning Management System (LMS) that helps users access and manage their training courses and certifications. It offers a wide range of online courses across various categories to help individuals and organizations grow their skills and knowledge.


How to Login


1. Login to the Employment Hero Portal

2. Enter your email address and password. Note: Your email address for Employment Hero is your personal email address. Please contact [email protected] if you do not know what your login email is. 

3. Click "Log In".

4. From the left-hand menu select Development. 


5. In the pop-up window select My Learning.



6. From here you can either select "Explore" (1) to go to your GO1 dashboard or select a course from the list of courses to go directly to that course page (2).



Navigating Explore 


1. From the Explore dashboard, you can browse available courses, view detailed descriptions and outlines, and begin a course by selecting start.



How to Complete Courses


1. From the course page you can start a course by selecting start. 



2. Select start from the next page Note: Some courses are large and therefore can take some time to load please be patient! 


3. Courses will have multiple interactive elements that must be completed before progressing to the next section. If a part remains incomplete, access to the following phase will be automatically restricted.


4. If you close your browser window, your progress will be saved, allowing you to continue where you left off when you return. 

 


Check your learning progress


1. You can check the status of your learning progress by selecting My learning then filtering by in progress, assigned, scheduled, completed or saved.
