Evacuations

Use the Evacuation function to complete your roll-call for emergency evacuations – you can also conduct Drill Evacuations. This function is only on the mobile app, but an Evacuation Report can be generated online.

Open the mobile app and tap across to the Host page. Here you will see an Evacuation square – tap on this.

Here you can see all previous Evacuations, both Drills and real.

Tap New Evacuation.

Select whether you are conducting a Drill or if it is a real Emergency Evacuation.

When everyone is gathered at the Emergency Evacuation Point, tap the select box next to a name to mark that person as present.

• Tap +Add Person to add any visitors not signed in 

Tap Save if you want to come back and finish it later, or tap Finalise when complete.
